You find yourself standing at the front door of a smallish, old stone building hidden in a forest just off campus. You can faintly hear music coming from inside that sounds both new and old at the same time. There's something fuzzy about this whole situation. You feel some butterflies in your stomach and consider just turning around and going home.

But instead, you knock. There's a pause, and eventually the door seems to swing open on its own to reveal a dimly lit foyer (surprisingly large given the small appearance of the house from outside), the walls lined with old photographs and plaques. You notice something in the corner of the room. It's...a cat. Axis?

It's definitely Axis. She walks up to you, rubs against your leg and jumps up a little for a pet. Then she quickly runs away, down a staircase leading to the basement of the house. You can't help but follow her. She leads you to a small door that looks almost hidden halfway down the staircase. The door has a stained glass window in it, through which you can see flickering candle light.

Axis is pawing at the door. You open it.
